I absolutely dread truck shopping. After returning from Afghanistan I decided to treat myself to a new truck. I like to buy local, so I went to Lee Toyota for the first time. I must say that I was completely thrilled and satisfied with my buying experience. Brian Tremblay was professional, knowledgable and patient through the entire process. The most important part to me was the "no pressure" approach from Brian and Tom the sales manager. I've already recommended Lee Toyota to many friends and am looking forward to the day my wife needs a new car. Thanks Brian!!! More
William was warm and approachable and a very good teacher. I came into Lee Toyota with many questions left unanswered from other dealers. I enjoyed working with Brian Tremblay and he did his job very well. I had stopped into the dealership on a scounting expedition and he succeeded in selling me a new car. He was very helpful and polite throughout the process. He greeted me at the door when I came in and was highly attentive thoughout. There was nothing high pressure and he established rapport with me as the customer qucikly and gently. I believe that the dealership gave me a very good price for the vehicle I purchased. I am pleasantly amazed to be able to finance the vehicle at 0% for five years. The only unpleasant part of the experience, and even then it is only mildly unpleasant, is the waiting around as an offer is made and then the manager has to be consulted and then phone calls made by the manager to a higher authority. At least that was what was represented was happening. It is not unlike waiting in a doctor's office, except without the old magazines to thumb through. Had I known I was going to buy a car before I walked in the door I would have brought a book with me. Start to finish the whole process took four hours, which I think is not bad for a major purchase, particularly when I was not really prepared to purchase a vehicle when I walked in the door. More
We were totally impressed with the sales personnel at Lee Toyota, especially Wiliam Eggleston. Never before in our many years of buying cars have we ever had anyone so knowledgeable and willing to share his Toyota, especially Wiliam Eggleston. We learned more about auto construction and features of the car we were interested in than ever before in a car shopping experience. William is courteous, an excellent listener, most personable, and responsive to the customer's needs and wishes. He spent a great deal of time evaluating our needs and coming up with the product that would most suit us and our budget. In the process we met the general manager, the accounting manager, and several others who all exhibited the same friendliness and thoroughness in answering our questions. We left feeling comfortable with our purchase decision as a result of the quality of William's service. He seems to thoroughly enjoy his job and that makes the difference. We are confident that our future servicing needs aill also be met with care and thoroughness. More
My wife an I went looking for a new or a good used toyota. I had talked earlier with Joe Day on the phone he was very helpful. I told him what my wife wanted and he came up five or six good choices. when we got to dealership he showed us two we might like he let my wife test drive the two showing her all the features. we then went inside a while they were looking at your car he was very helpful with our questions. After a little negation we got a good deal on new car. everybody was very friedly and helpful.I whould recommend them to all my friends an hope to do more business with them in the future. More
I worked with Eric Gaither! He was AWESOME!!!! He is by far the easiest, friendly, professional, and honest car salesman that I have delt with!! This was my first experience with this dealer and it exceeded all my expectations. There was no high pressure and I was treated with respect. I first started shopping for a Prius in the middle of Sept. I went in and spoke with Chad who was supportive and we took a test drive. I told him what the budget was and what we were looking for. Mike suggested a lease option as a feasible alternative to the direct buying, which would not fit our budget at this time. More

Joe made this process less painful than I have experienced in the past. He did not pressure me into a deal. He gave me the space and time to make an appropriate decision. I would buy a vehicle from Joe again. He was polite, patient, and tried to make the best of a process of negotiating that is exclusive to the auto industry and can be very annoying and frustrating. The encore was that after we got home, we decided that we should have opted for a higher annual mileage. We called on Monday, and were able to quickly and easily re-write the lease agreement. I would highly recommend Lee Toyota in general, and William Eggleston in particular, to anyone interested in learning about or purchasing a Toyota. My wife, who knows about such things, also pointed out that Jill (the charming and efficient woman who handles financing options)wore extremely nice shoes. More
