A number of years ago, maybe 8-9 my wife an I looked into buying a new Rav four at Lee. It turned out to be the worst car buying experience in my life, we didn't buy it at lee. We had two snowstorms going on throughout the buying process and with all the snow and moving cars around at the dealer lot William was super to work with. My family came in looking to trade in our Scion for a used van. I have four young boys and needed more space. Barry had us test drive a Kia and we did not like how it felt. He then had us test drive a new Toyota Sienna since the used one was being worked on. We fell in love with it. Mike came in to run some numbers by us that included the used Sienna and the possibility of leasing a new one. We ended up leasing the new one. A few days later, we found out that there was some problems with the paperwork from the Scion. Mike was so helpful, he went above and beyond what he needed to do. We bought the Scion through Lee in Topsham as well. We will continue to be customers of Lee in Topsham. More

I was first referred to this dealership by a friend in whom I have trust and confidence. I now have trust and confidence in this dealership. When my wife and I arrived, we were promptly assigned to a sa whom I have trust and confidence. I now have trust and confidence in this dealership. When my wife and I arrived, we were promptly assigned to a salesperson, Trisha Hunter, who spent essentially the entire day working with us to provide the particular vehicle we were looking for. We had a good idea of what we were looking for and reviewed what was available on the lot for new vehicles and took one for a test drive. Nothing came very close to our goal, so Trisha began to search other dealerships to see what was available and soon found an exact match. I know they would have preferred to sell me one off the lot, but as soon as Trisha realized we were really after the one from another dealership, she immediately dispatched someone to get it. Once we had the VIN, she called out insurance agent and had the insurance shifted over, helped us get our personal belongings out of the old car we were trading in, and assited in identifying several accessories we wanted the dealer to add to the vehicle after purchase. During this time, her focus of attention was on us and our needs, not other customers, employees, email and phone calls. We went there with the express goal of getting a fair price without having to argue, weedle, threaten and through at least one tantrum before the deal was made and we easily achieved our goal. We both felt our needs were being addressed. At the end of the day, we left with exactly the new vehicle we wanted and a good feeling about the whole process. A follow-up visit for installation of the accessories resulted in a similar experience: my issues were number one and were dealt with an efficient and pleasant manner. More
Lee Toyota in Topsham made the buying experience very pleasurable. They didn't have the model I was looking for but got one to the dealership in two days. The car had a couple of extras such as rear bu pleasurable. They didn't have the model I was looking for but got one to the dealership in two days. The car had a couple of extras such as rear bumper protector, mats, arm rest, etc., but they stuck to the negotiated price. All through the process I was treated with utmost courtesy. Smaller dealership with more personal touch than some of the larger dealerships I have worked with in the past. Very attentive and personal service. Gave us the space to go "shop" other dealerships and ea the larger dealerships I have worked with in the past. Very attentive and personal service. Gave us the space to go "shop" other dealerships and earned our sale because of this. Their pricing was very competitive and their service department seems very friendly. I live a half hour away from this dealership and there is on much closer but I chose this one because of their friendliness. I was also glad they will give me a loaner for service because I do live so far from the dealership. More
We had to buy a car on short notice when our vehicle started to break down. We researched cars online and liked the Corolla. Lee Toyota has a great reputation in our area so we went there first. Brian Tremblay greeted us immediately, answered all our questions and went over the features of the car. He even came in on his day off to finish the deal. He brought us coffee and made sure we were comfortable and had all our questions answered while we were waiting for the Xzilon prep. and other prep. to make the car ready when we picked it up. Jill Sorrento explained all the pricing options available to us without being pushy. She worked up several purchasing plans and explained what was or was not included in each one. This was very helpful since we had not purchased a car in over 15 years. Although we were in the dealership for sales, Brian gave us a tour of the whole dealership so we would know where the service department and other offices were for the future. One of the Service department staff, Steven Miller, took the time to come out and introduce himself, and congratulate us on the purchase. More

I have to say that this buying experience beat any prior buying experience with any dealer. I spoke to Mike Cosgrove on the phone and explained what we were looking for. Monday's snowstorm pushed me into wanting a 4WD and we had talked about getting a pick up as a second vehicle for months. Mike asked my what price range we were thinking about and told me he would get back to me the next day. The next day he called and told me he thought he had the perfect vehicle for us and offered to have someone bring it to me for a test drive. He told me it was a tad higher than what we had discussed but that it was a very nice vehicle. 1/2 an hour later William was at my worksight with the vehicle for me to test drive. Truth be told I had never had the sales rep go on a test drive with me but I would have felt awkward leaving him sitting there. It ended up be a very comfortable situation. He was very knowledgable and told me a lot about the vehicle's features. We got back to my office and chatted for a bit and I filled out a little bit of paperwork "just in case". I called the dealership about 1/2 hour later and told them we wanted the vehicle. I knew my husband would love it! Mike told me they would process the paperwork and have Jill call me and if everything was good William would deliver the vehicle that evening. 3 hours later the paperwork was signed (in the comfort of my home) and the vehicle was ours. In this day and age having something this big go so smoothly goes a long way with me. I lost "none" of my own time and got just what I was looking for! Thanks guys (and Jill).
