Both Joe Day, our Sales and Leasing Consultant and Jon Newland, the Business/Financing Manager, were very professional in the negotiation and purchase process. When we learned that our local bank was not rate competitive, Jon Newland worked with us and completed the loan process easily and very quickly. Jon subsequently worked with us to provide a maintenance and vehicle protection plan that met our needs; both financially and driving patterns. The car was delivered on the day and time as committed. The prep team delivered it "spotless" and ready to go. Joe filled the tank and went through the entire vehicle to ensure we understood everything. He followed up with a phone call a few days later. Lee Toyota has earned our service business and we will reference them to friends. We would buy another vehicle from them, especially if they offer the same flexibility and pricing. More
