Having purchased a 2005 prius new from Lee Toyota and having it seviced there regularly we have been very pleased with the service and assistance. So, when we were feeling like we were over due for a ne having it seviced there regularly we have been very pleased with the service and assistance. So, when we were feeling like we were over due for a new prius we didn't think of going any place else. Service has always been timely, friendly, and helpful. The sales staff are eager to help but in no way overboard or pushy. As expected the sales staff, Eric, was very knowledgeable about the new prius and exactly what had changed from the model we had been driving. The test drive sold me on the car and then it was just a matter of what color my wife would like. How could a dealer not have fun selling such a great car? I was offered additional services (xylon protection) and an extended service warranty and the pros and cons were fairly discussed. Financing the deal was easier than I've ever experienced... anywhere. I'm not sure that they could have done anything that could have made the process any smother or pain free. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with Lee Toyota. More

To whom it may concern. I wouldn't drive anything but a toyota and wouldn't go anywhere else to buy one. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased at this dealership. We were first considering buying a truck 2 months ago and visited Lee Toyota and met with Joe Day. He patiently showed us the Tundra and Tacoma and was very informative. We decided to wait on the purchase then but asked that he check back with us. He called back several weeks later and at that point we were not sure about purchasing. There was no pressure. The next time we went back for the test drive Joe was very patient even staying until after closing time. We were able to quickly agree on a fair price. He made himself available for any future questions. We also found Jon Newland informative about explaining further options regarding extended warranties. More

Barry was friendly and informative but never pushy.
