I had not intended to purchase a vehicle this past Saturday when I visited Lee Toyota, only to look at the new Tacoma pickups. Working with Mike Walker was very pleasant and I decided to purchase the Saturday when I visited Lee Toyota, only to look at the new Tacoma pickups. Working with Mike Walker was very pleasant and I decided to purchase the 2011 Tacoma because I was sure that this was THE vehicle I was looking for and I was thoroughly satisfied with the great service and great transaction. Mike was very patient and answered all our questions, and I really felt he had our best interests in mind as well as doing a great job for Lee of course. Jon followed up with expert service and advice with the paperwork and explaining the options of service contracts. This is the ninth new vehicle I've purchased; the fourth Toyota; the third new one. Thank you Mike and Jon for a very comfortable and efficient truck-buying experience. I anticipate I'll receive the same while we tie up a couple loose ends with the roof rack and Sirius radio receiver installation and with my future contact with your service department. Having known the late Shep Lee, I was always impressed by the integrity of the organization. Based on this impression, when I decided to purchase another vehicle, I was naturally inclined to explore options the integrity of the organization. We were looking for a particular car on line, and discovered that Lee Toyota in Topsham had this car in inventory. We inquired as to the availability of this car and was immediately connected to a salesperson, Barry Kieffer who was most helpful, courteous and professional. He exuded a warmth unusual for cars salesmen, in my experience. He arranged an initial appointment to see and test drive the car. Further, Barry arranged for a telephone credit application to be taken by John Newland, Finance Manager. John, like Barry, was very helpful and professional. He endeavored to make the purchase process a flawless experience. In summary, our experience with Lee Toyota, through the sales process and follow-up sales calls has demonstrated that the Lee organization has surpassed expectations of customer service. It has made our automobile purchase an enjoyable event. More

Having purchased cars from other dealerships, none hold a candle to Lee Toyota and William. Tom the sales manager fielded many calls from me about the 'deal' and I never felt rushed or pressured. When it came time to signing papers, Jon in financing told me just what I needed to know and I was in and out in no time at all. Thanks to all at Lee Toyota for a tremendous buying experience! More
First of all I would like to single out Tricia Hunter as a very good and accomplished sales representative. She asked questions to narrow our search for a car down to a new Camry. Then we went over the many features and the prices. We had the usual drive in our suggested model. We looked at others, but my wife's mind was made up and we settled on a price for this Camry. The arrangements were quick and easy. The car was ready when they said it would be. The entier experience was done as nicely as we could have wanted. We will recommend Lee to others. More
I was not in the mood to negotiate that day, but would have liked if they could have come down a little from their list price. That said, I am very aware that they need to make their money too, and it is their job to get me to spend as much as possible. I intended to shop at other dealers as well, to try to negotiate Lee for a lower price... but then just decided to go for it. Overall a good experience, though it took about 3 hours which felt like a really long time. More

We recently brought our 2010 Corolla in for some scheduled service. We are impressed by how comfortable the waiting area was while the work was being done. We purchased our first Toyota Prius from Lee Toyota back in 2004. During the past seven years the dealership has done all of our service work. We have never been disappointed with the work done by the service department. That is why we did not hesitate to purchase our second Prius from Lee Toyota this year. We didn't expect to close on a deal, but Trisha made an excellent presentation, the dealership offered us what we regarded as a more-than-fair trade-in value and we never left. There was a mild but tolerable "what can we do to win your business" approach which usually doesn't win us over. Other staff members helped later with the actual delivery and accomodated our change in dates without hastle. We felt as though we paid a premium for a premium car, but overall got good value. The business manager process with warranties/add-ons surprised us a bit and was maybe slightly rushed as it was towards the close of business. Everyone was entirely professional and we'd freely (and have) recommended this dealership to friends. More
