My buying experience was excellent. Although my first color choice was not available for the 2011 Prius Joe was sable to get my second choice in quickly. This is our first experience with Lee Toyota, though our previous new car was Toyota. We wanted a compact SUV with low noise level, so we bought a sound meter in order to compare brands. Our salesman Brian Trembley was patient with us over our two test drives. He even let us go out on the interstate to sample the worst case scenario. Though Toyota was not the quietest, it was close enough and had other design features that we preferred. Brian helped us spec out the car, find one in stock nearby, arranged delivery, and installation of custom items. We agreed a fine price in very little time and walked out happy owners of a new 2011 RAV4. Our only suggestion for Lee Toyota is to streamline their final paperwork process and get most of it done offline to minimize waiting. David & Ellen More
