Mike was very good to us, an excellent salesman who lets the product talk and is always there with sound advice and honest answers. The negative was that the car was not ready when it should have been, although it had been given to the detailers the previous day, and when it was delivered there was only one key and only half a tank of gas. This was not Mike Walker's fault and he stayed with us through the extra two-hour wait. So we give top marks to the salesman, and to Jill in finance, who was very helpful about the car and good to deal with, but we were not impressed by the snafu and delay in detailing and delivering our new vehicle.
