I brought my RAV4 2002 in because the engine light had been on for a couple of weeks and I was hearing an intermittent clunking sound with the brakes. I brought the vehicle in at 8:30 and was told it wou been on for a couple of weeks and I was hearing an intermittent clunking sound with the brakes. I brought the vehicle in at 8:30 and was told it would take an hour and a half for the inspection of these issues. I sat in the waiting room for almost 3 hours. No one came to tell me that it would be a little longer or that they were still checking things out. I finally went out to the service desk to ask about my car. Eric had just gotten the paper work. You can check your records, but they could not find anything significant with the engine light, so the mechanic (who finally made eye contact with me at the service desk) said that he turned it off. He also said that the front brake pads were ground down to fit the bracket and the pads were loose. He recommended replacing them. I made an appointment for the following week to have that done. The next day I drove the car and the engine light came on again, almost immediately. After sitting for almost 3 hours and paying $133.95 for the diagnosis and then seeing the engine light come on again, I cancelled the appointment and took the RAV to Berlin City Toyota in Portland. They also did a diagnostic on the engine light. They found rust on the gas cap; replaced it and cleaned the filler neck. Then they replaced the VVTI Oil Actuator. The engine light is still off! They did a brake inspection and said the front brake pads did not need to be replaced. I will not come back to Lee Toyota even though it is closer to my home! More

I was approached with a very big smile,I believed every word said about the car of my choice since there was a known fact that different brands of vehicles out there weren't as safe and secure as the one's from toyota, and was also convinced to get it due to the fact that it was an agreeable price that worked best by everyone's standards. I will never buy a different brand of car and I would deffinetly get others to try and purchase one from the dealer when they can 'cause they're missing out on something very genuine which is to be found nowhere else. I felt very welcome which is rare, and I didn't at all feel rushed to buy one, I took all the time I needed. More
