We are an elderly couple looking to buy a new car for the last time, and perhaps not as confident as we used to be. Thus we were a little scared. Thrish had been recommended to us by a friend. She was very understanding of our concerns and very patient with our many questions. While we had owned a 2007 hybrid Highlander, the new one we purchased had many features with which we were not familiar. She professionally went thru the list several times until we understood what we had in our new car. We were very pleased with our experience. We are legal residents of Florida. Thus we had to have the new car registered there and also needed to pay Florida sales tax. That requires a fair amount of paper work. Me Nolan took care of all that for us professionally and graciously. There was no hassle. He was very nice. That too was a pleasant experience. More

I bought a 2012 Tacoma at a cost of 25,655.00, after the first winter it was covered in ten thousand tiny rust spots. I brought this to there attention, they told me it was cause of the metal dust from the first winter it was covered in ten thousand tiny rust spots. I tried to talk to them about it but they are just quick to tell me it's not there problem. What ever you do don't by a silver vehicle cause it will look terrible in just a few short months!!!!! Also if you get a truck with steel rim and don't wash and wax them once a week they will rust in a few short months too!!!! More

I want to say that I went to Lee Toyota as I was returning a lease that had expired. Yet after the past year I walked in with little to no hope of securing a loan for a car due to a financial hardsh returning a lease that had expired. Yet after the past year I walked in with little to no hope of securing a loan for a car due to a financial hardship in the past year of not receiving child support and I'm a single mom. I first started at Lee Toyota with Trish and Jill..they did everything they could to no prevail. I could see they were pulling out all the stops..I left feeling defeated and I would be car less in a week. Two days later Melissa called from Lee Nissan Special credit saying that Trish had called about my situation and they could help. So in the end Scott and Melissa got me into a cute PT Cruiser and a set me up for a new beginning to getting financially mended from a very hard time. So...my hat goes off to Trish, Jill, Scott, and Melissa..a totally rocking crew!!!Thank you so much you guys!!!
