Scott was very professional and customer centered. I was initially in the market for a used Prius or Rav-4,s or so I thought. After seeing and talking with Scott about each of these, Scott suggested I was initially in the market for a used Prius or Rav-4,s or so I thought. After seeing and talking with Scott about each of these, Scott suggested I try the Crown, which I'd never heard of before. During the test drive, I became convinced that was a the car for me! Quiet, smooth ride, powerful, very comfortable, and attractive to the eye. Lee had only a black one and I wanted white, so Scott searched and found a white one in Vermont, which he arranged to trade for a vehicle that Lee had in stock. Within less than a week, I left Lee with the car of my dreams. I'm a happy camper! More

I am planning to buy a car at the end May and stopped by Lee Toyota on a rainy evening at about 5:30 to do some research on RAV4'S. Even though I was very clear that I wasn't ready to buy yet, she took the time to explain the difference between the different models and offered me the opportunity to test drive one and also went over financing options with me. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed. over all it was a good experience, and when I do buy I plan to buy from Lee with Trisha as my salesperson. More
