Excellent car buying experience I walked in late in the afternoon on a Saturday with the intention of just looking at vehicles and determining what type of vehicle would be a good fi I walked in late in the afternoon on a Saturday with the intention of just looking at vehicles and determining what type of vehicle would be a good fit for a future purchase, after talking with Trisha Hunter and finding out how much I could get for my trade-in and the deal I could get for my payments I decided to buy, this was one of the quickest approvals for an auto loans that I have ever had and it was a great pleasure to work with Trisha and the whole Lee Toyota team on my recent purchase. Great experience - it was fun shopping.. Trisha is a great sales person - very comfortable to be with - she knows her vehicles thoroughly and accurately answered all questions - she coordinat Trisha is a great sales person - very comfortable to be with - she knows her vehicles thoroughly and accurately answered all questions - she coordinated with maintenance to get the old vehicle checked, which we are keeping - was able to get us the price we wanted - followed up after the sale, and took care of every detail. I highly recommend her. Tom in maintenance agreed to check out the old Toyota and recommend repairs - he was also very helpful, and obviously is very good at his job. He was honest in his assessment - and was willing to offer his assistance. More
Boy was I wrong...wish I could take back good review Very disappointed - please read to avoid the same mistake. I leased a 2016 Toyota Tundra pick-up (love the truck...the dealership is the issue). One Very disappointed - please read to avoid the same mistake. I leased a 2016 Toyota Tundra pick-up (love the truck...the dealership is the issue). One of the reasons I chose the vehicle I did is because it had the GPS navigation system. We couldn't get the navigation to work the evening I purchased the vehicle (the technicians had gone home for the night), but was told, "If you can't get it to work, bring it back, and we'll get it to work. If not, we'll take the truck back." Well, I couldn't get it to work. I brought it back. The dealership couldn't get it to work with an android phone, but the sales manager got it to work with his iPhone 6s. I was told I needed to buy an iPhone 6s if I wanted it to work. I asked them to either give me a rebate so I could go buy an iPhone, or take the truck back. The salesman went back and spoke to the sales manager. He came back and told me, "My manager has no interest in buying you a phone or taking the truck back. We have done nothing deceptive." One deceptive thing they did was to sell me a vehicle with an option that I asked for, only to find out I needed a $600+ phone to use it. It's hard to believe; I can't be the only person in the United States with an android phone that has purchased a 2016 Tundra, only to have this problem pop-up...ridiculous that this dealership doesn't have the technical ability to make it work (or extremely poor communication from Toyota headquarters if this is a known problem, Another deceptive thing they did was to make me think they cared for their customers. I have left big car dealerships in the past with a feeling like I needed to take a shower after my purchase...these guys started off saying all the right things, but in the end, proved to be like all the other disgusting dealerships...once they have your money, they could care less what you do and it's on to the next victim. I was naïve to think I would have received a phone call last night after I left the dealership to try and make things right. Hoping they would at least apologize or maybe they would offer me some form of rebate or voucher for a phone. I figured if anything I would have received a call today; maybe they would ask if I got it working, or ask me to bring it back in...but I have received nothing. Brilliant move Lee Toyota...you have lost my future business over a faulty GPS system that you could have resolved with a voucher for a phone. What happened to taking care of the customer, especially a new customer that just paid a lot of money for a defective product? Very disappointed. More

Upgrade from Corolla to Rav4 Overall it was a great experience! I was dreading having to go in on a gorgeous Friday afternoon to end my lease on my Corolla but Brodie was wonderful! No xx, down to earth attitude. He was a great salesman in that he showed my Rogue and Murano I thought I wanted (with a few years and miles on them ) ;) and then lastly showed me the fully loaded RAV4! Who wouldn't want that beautiful SUV! Best part was it was an affordable upgrade!! Very happy with our purchase and will most likely be staying in the Toyota family for years to come! More

When I wanted leather seats he found a supplier and arranged for the job to be done before I picked up the car. I could not be more pleased with my experience at LEE Toyota Scion. We had previously leased a RAV-4. Joe Day also helped us through that transaction. He was so helpful with the RAV-4 transaction that we went to him for our second car. The service at LEE Toyota is very professionally run. Jobs get done right and on time. We are very impressed with our buying and servicing experiences at LEE Toyota Scion. We recommend them without reservation to anyone. More
