Ended up being OK price with negotiation, and have been happy enough with them over the years that ended up buying from them despite a slightly higher price than competitor. However, definitely felt that they were trying to take advantage of situation by price gouging initially- lost a lot of trust with this interaction. More

I went to toyota and talked with Amy and Jenn who helped me go over and understand my options. I decided it would be best to trade in my car, and Jenn helped me put me in a car that would be affordable and safe for me and my baby. I never would of thought I'd be able to afford a brand new car but I can, thanks to the great deals and low interest rate I was offered.
