Jose brought out the SL and the Platinum edition and we got a tour of both Jose, was very helpful in our decision. We came to look at the Murano SL. My husband and I were not pitched, not pressured, but instead given facts about every car that we inquired about. We decided on a 2014 Nissan Rouge and I could not be happier. Mark's motto was customer service first and he provided that x 100 and was able to answer all my questions even before I knew to ask them!! He even thought to blow up a blue balloon for my son (his favorite color) and tie it to his car seat so that he would be surprised when I picked him up from school. He loved it!!!!!
