2ND PURCHASE IN 9 MONTHS-BEST DEALERSHIP EVER! First I want to say that my wife & I made our second purchase on Tuesday March 27th. Ed Jefferies(Salesman) again was great as we new that he would be First I want to say that my wife & I made our second purchase on Tuesday March 27th. Ed Jefferies(Salesman) again was great as we new that he would be. We received a "Fantastic" internet deal. Ed worked very hard to make sure we received all the discounts that were being offered. The car we purchased was a 2017 Nissan Altima. We traded our 9 month old 2017 Nissan Sentra S. It was time for a upgrade. I also want to mention that at Lee Nissan everything that goes on there it's all about the customer. There always number one. Even if your a repeat buyer from this dealership. The only difference was when my wife and I walk onto the lot we were greeted by Ed Jefferies our salesman by our name and this continued throughout the buying process as different Lee Nissan associates recognized my wife and I. Honestly we were greeted as if we were family. We met for the very first time a young man his name is Tanner Lampert(Finance Manager). Tanner provided us excellent customer service as well as a wealth of knowledge that in the end this knowledge helped my wife and I make valuable decisions on purchasing great coverage for our new Altima S. We also got to meet Ed Haire. Actually Ed Haire(Sales Manager) seek my wife and I out to introduce himself as well as making sure we were getting 100% cooperation as well as all our questions were being answered or any concerns that we might have. I told Ed Haire that my wife and I would not purchase any vehicles from any other dealership except from Lee Nissan and that we would always seek out Ed Jefferies our SUPER SALESMAN for the best deals and of course his great advice that he always gives my wife and I. Now I do want to mention since I do following the Nissan Service Manual when certain areas of my Nissan need timely attention. So I want to do a shout out to the Service Department as well. Trust me you'll never fine a better team of service associates that get it done right the first time and always when I come in for service they recognize me by name, put me at ease on what service need to be done and they always give me a time I can expect to have my Nissan back. Super, super service department. Enclosing I want to apologized ahead of time for not mentioning all the Lee Nissan employees that I have come in contact with. Believe me there all "FANTASTIC" individuals that know what Excellent Customer Service is including the Lee Nissan telephone operator. Thanks to Ed Jefferies for always being understanding of my wife & I buying needs and concerns. It's always a pleasure to return to Lee Nissan "The People That Care." More

2018 Nissan Murano with the midnight package. I started my search for a new car summer of 2017, so I did a lot of looking. Michael Morgan helped me last year and this past week when I made my decision to buy the Murano. Michael is awesome no pressure guy and made the car buying an easy thing. In finance, Doug Anderson was a pleasure to work with and we had a few laughs. I can’t remember the name of young lady in the service department, but she was beautiful and professional. I like that they offer a quick service for required regular maintenance and will probably use them for the maintenance. That way when and if I trade it or sell at some point they will have record. Have to give my theanks also to the management team Gary and David Lee, they took the time to speak to me and they made me laugh. This is my second Murano, I still have my 2005 and it’s been very reliable. Thank you, Martha Tucker More

Disappointed in APR. The sales worked hard through this venture. I was told by finance that I would lose my discounts if they honored my Friday quote as given to Mark. I feel I have worked on my score, and should have gotten a lower rate. Otherwise all of the staff was pleasantly polite, and respectful. The cold bottled water was great , but the wait time was a little taxing. I love my Rogue. Oh, the last up front who answers the phone was very nice and caring. She made my lengthy wait time go much better. More

He introduced himself, and I explained I had spotted the Maxima in the showroom as the car I had seen on the Internet. Heath indicated we might be able to work out a deal.
