Thinking I had credit problems, I went to Lee to see what they could do for me. Everyone was friendly, and didn't make me feel uncomfortable, in what could have been an uncomfortable situation. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but this time I couldn't wait to write this review. For the last 5 years I have been in a terrible car situation. My interest rate was terrible, and I had a very tight budget. I had been looking for a reliable car within my price range, and that is when I found Lee Nissan. I scheduled a test drive with a 2007 Jeep Liberty (I LOVE JEEP and it has always been a dream to have one). I really liked it and it was (amazingly) within my range, or so I thought. With my current situation, it would not have been affordable to me. David and Jamie knew what my limits were and to make a long story short, these people moved mountains to get me a decent deal and APR so that I can afford this car. I was floored when they came back and told me that they were able to get me a price I can afford. To be honest, I never felt pressured to buy anything. David was extreamly nice and at no time did he use any saleman tactics (or at least he didnt make me feel it). Jamie and David were very candid about my credit, they were very honest about what I can and cannot do, and despite my credit situation they made me feel welcome. I really felt that they were on my side with this, working with me. Credit is a sensitive issue with a lot of people. When you don’t have strong credit and you are constantly slapped with high APRs, you feel like a bad person. So to have someone actually give you a chance, give you a shot at a decent credit situation in a car that is reliable and clean and not some beater… I cant tell you how good that feels. I walked away all warm and fuzzy, which is not something I usually do after buying a car or financing anything. For the first time I feel like a human and not a credit score. More
Mr. Lovering did everything possible to make our lease payments affordable. He was friendly and not too pushy which would have turned us off. We shopped around prior to our visit at Lee. David greeted us and provided us with some good preliminary information. His style was not pushy which we liked and he was able to answer questions about t greeted us and provided us with some good preliminary information. Jaime was friendly and provided us with information on leasing, which turned out to be a viable option for us. Overall we had a great experience. We would have liked to receive a little more for our trade, but doesn't everyone. We will definitely recommend Lee Nissan to friends and family. More
We have had an Xterra for 8 years and have loved it. No problems with the vehicle at all. We decided to purchase a new one which is why we visited Lee. It is near our home and we have heard good things a problems with the vehicle at all. We decided to purchase a new one which is why we visited Lee. It is near our home and we have heard good things about the dealership. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly, helpful and professional. We are leasing our new Xterra. We have had maintainance done at the dealership as well and the work was done correctly and the service department was as friendly and helpful as the sales department. More
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS FULL OF LYING CROOKS, THEY ARE THE CLICHED DIRTY USED CAR SALESMEN!!!!! THINK TWICE B4 BUYING AT LEE NISSAN!!!!! CROOKS, THEY ARE THE CLICHED DIRTY USED CAR SALESMEN!!!!! THINK TWICE B4 BUYING AT LEE NISSAN!!!!! My husband and I went into this dealership because we received a mailer that said we won a new car. Obviously we didn't win, but instead we test drove a Nissan Rogue. I liked the car, and we went threw the process of buying. Throughout this process everyone was polite, but very pushy. My husband was on the fence and thought they were overcharging us, but I talked him into it. Jill in finance worked through the paperwork with us, and since my husband was so iffy we asked how long we had to return the vehicle if we changed our mind. Jill told us that we had 3 days. We got the car home and started to notice all kinds of problems with the paint on the car, it was a total mess and their were scratches everywhere. Then we looked up the Kelley Blue Book value of our new car, and it was 2,000 less than what we paid. This all happened over the weekend, so we called on Monday, and explained that we were not happy , and would like to return the car. We were then informed that there was no 3 day grace period, I explained what Jill had told us, and Jamie then proceeded to tell me that Jill would never say such a thing. So basically told me that I was a liar and we could not return the car. Luckily we a a co-signer on the car we had just traded in and he had not signed the paperwork yet. So I told him as much and he tried to tell me I was wrong. I did my research to make sure I was correct, and then went to the dealership, and told them they had no choice, but to take back the car. Jamie told me once again that Jill would never lie, and he didn't know if I could return the car. I told him they had no choice, and then they finally gave me my car back. After I left there, I stopped at BILL DODGE HYUNDAI. They were awesome, and truthful. The guys at Lee were giving me 7,100 for my trade in, and Bill Dodge ended up giving me 8,400. I also got a brand new car for only 3,000 more than Lee tried to oversell me!!! Lee Nissan was the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had, but it lead me to the best experience I have had down the road. So thank you Lee Nissan for being crooks, I now have an awesome brand new car from much better people!!!! More

David was very knowledgeable about Nissans - hybrid vs not....going in-- thinking my next car would be a hybrid, but really, for "my" driving habits and distances -- a "regular" car was a better choice... I love what I got...a Sentra--Special Edition....And would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
