One your sales manager lied to us about the cost of the extended service contract. He stated that it was 1200.00 but it is 1995.00. Two we have had to many BAD service experiences with Lee. Last night I went to fill the Versa and the gas door would not release and I had to tear out the cable from inside the trunk. I would like to give Lee a shot at fixing this but the last time we were in for service we had a 8 AM appointment and they did not even look at the truck until 11AM. That was X-mass eve. To put it bluntly it really FUCKED up my day.This is really too bad for your dealership as my son is now in the market for a new car and we have bought 2 for Lee in 4 years. At this point the only way I would do business we Lee is a call from Adam himself. there is to many dealerships that would like my had earned dollar. Sincerely Michael J. Palmer More

We were originally working with another dealership when my wife decided she didn't like the color of the vehicle we were looking at. We called Lee Nissan to inquire about a vehicle they had in the color my wife preferred. We discovered that the vehicle in question didn't have the options desired. Rather than ending the call there, we were presented with an alternative that made a 40 minute trip to the dealership worth it. We ended up with a truck with more options than the other vehicle in consideration for a very competitive price. More

Met Mark over the Phone thanks to my Memphis Nissan dealer. What a friendly welcome and possitive, but not pushy response to my needs in a car. I needed a car in Maine, but live in Memphis. Mark not only worked with me on selection but followed through with his manager on all of the details of an over the phone sales. I bought the car in Feb yet didn't pick it up until June. During the void the Sales Manager and Mark stayed in contact and had the Murano ready to go as we drove up on our way to our summer home in New Vineyard, Maine. The entire staff at Lee Auto made my family feel welcome on our arrival and Mark had my wife and I somewhat knowledgeable with all of the cars technology. I must admit I still have problems with the voice cammands. The Murano is now down in Memphis, but our (01)Pathfinder is up in Maine. Both wondeerful automobiles. I would also Like to add the Regional Manager who got involved with the sales and followup did an outstanding job. Please let me know if I can be of futher help. As a 25 year vet of FEDEX I know when I have seen and recieved good SERVICE and this LEE AUTO team displayed that for me and my family. More
Mr. Bosse was so kind. He wasn't pushy yet knew his product in and out. He took the time and even came in on his day off to assist us. It was all about our schedule and makiing it right for us. Mark was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and pleasantly persistent. Our dealings lasted several weeks, possibly a couple months and mark was always prompt to answer questions and return cal and pleasantly persistent. He spent a great deal of time with us finding a vehcile for us that fit our wants and needs at a price we felt good about. It was a great experience from the minute we walked in. Ben Roberts was very friendly as well as very knowledgable and he showed us the vehicle we were definetly interested in. Test drove a new altima, we came back from test drive and proceeded to negotiate on the car. the process went very smoothly and things were explained very well. we even had good service with being taking care of by the saleman Ben even weeks after purchase!!! we have bought many vehicles new and used over the years from Lee Auburn and will continue to recommend not only the dealership , but the saleman as well to my friends and family. thanks again Ray & Pauline More
