I love my 2011 Nissan Rogue and the salespeople I dealt with at Lee Nissan Auburn! Beginning with my initial online inquiry and continuing throughout the purchasing process, I was impressed with the profe with at Lee Nissan Auburn! Every question was answered. I was even given a tour of the facility and the areas of the dealership I would be in for future services. It was actually an enjoyable experience, which added to my appreciation for this car (my only brand new one in 40 years). I highly recommend these four people, especially, and Lee Nissan Auburn. More
My experience at Auburn Lee Nissan was a very pleasant one. The first and foremost thing I noticed was that my husband and I did not feel pressured. He even sensed when it was time for him to step away for a few minutes so I could talk to my husband in privacy and Preston was also very polite and receptive to the idea when I outright told him there was one more model at another dealership that I wanted to check first. He also encouraged us to take our time when test-driving my Nissan. It was a wonderful experience. I especially appreciated Preston showing us around the dealership so I would later know where to purchase parts. Everyone we met that day was polite and friendly. More
I have to admit that going to car dealerships has not been my favorite thing to do over the years. We have been dealing with Lee Nissan now for over 10 years and I no longer feel this way. This is prim been my favorite thing to do over the years. We have been dealing with Lee Nissan now for over 10 years and I no longer feel this way. This is primarily due to the relationship that we have developed with Bill Menke, he makes his customers feel important, welcome, and does whatever he can to make the experience a pleasant one. This time around he introduced us to Mike Bossee who was also very helpful and treated us with the utmost respect. We would not consider going to any other dealership! Thank you for changing my opinion on looking for the car of my choice, its not such a "bad" thing anymore. More
Mr. Talpey was very friendly and greeted us outside asking what kind of vehicle we were looking for. He showed us what he had and was very knowledgeable about the product. Excellent experience top to bottom. This was my second purchase from Lee and I would buy from them again. Their knowledge of the vehicle and time spent with me were outstanding. They were fair with my t purchase from Lee and I would buy from them again. Their knowledge of the vehicle and time spent with me were outstanding. They were fair with my trade in. The only negative was the amount of time to complete financial documents. There is no reason for this process to take hours. It was longer than the time spent with the salesrep. More
Mark was very helpful and patient when it came to finding us our new Nissan Versa. We wanted a stick shift, and they traveled out-of-state to locate one for us. Very good customer service. MY daughter had just graduated from nursing school and got full time employment and needed a new car. We contacted Mark Bossie and found the car she wanted. I have never done business with a dealer that went as well as our experience with Mark went. I am pleased to say that my daughter just LOVES her new car a and we are very grateful for Mark taking such great care of her. The evening we drove to the dealer they were abit busy but i must say we enjoyed ourselves talking with Mark and they made the wait go by fast. very accomdating and i woulld recommend the dealership and sales person to anyone. Great experience for my daughter....this was her 1st car purchase. I wouldnt change a thing about them. Thanks again for everything!!!! More

I have purchased 5 vehicle from Lee Auto in Auburn. I have purchased the last three from Ed Talpey. Ed is knowledgeable and forthright and I trust him. I ask for him specifically. As long as Ed sells for Lee Auto, that's who I will buy from. He is willing to listen, answer questions, and is incredibly fair throughout the process. I don't feel like I am being sold a bill of goods. In fact, I trusted him enough to send him my daughter when she was ready to buy her first car...I can't give a higher rating than that. More
Mark was very pleasant and listened to me as I explained what I was looking to do when I purchased my new Altima in February and has went above and beyond to assure I was taken care of last week when the ca what I was looking to do when I purchased my new Altima in February and has went above and beyond to assure I was taken care of last week when the car lost all heat. This was critical to me since Maine was in the middle of a deep freeze with temps dipping to -15 degrees. This happened on a Friday afternoon and I was not able to get to the service center that day and when I contacted him he immediately got me into a loaner until my problem was resolved. Thanks to Mark and the Lee Nissan family for taking care of my family when we needed it the most! More
