When shopping for our new Xterra, I engaged a couple of dealers (it's what I always do - I never deal with only one dealer at a time). That allows me to compare the various dealers and how they handle our dealings. I found the folks at Lee to not only be accommodating but they were accommodating in a very friendly way. I already knew that I was going to buy an Xterra but the dealerships did not - all they knew is that I was "window shopping". The Sales people at Lee explained the many reasons why it was a good time to be buying a new Xterra as well as pointed out the good features. I told them I was also looking at the Jeep Liberty and, rather than knock down the Liberty, they explained the features of both vehicles and pointed out what characteristics the Xterra had that the Jeep did not. Although I could have just as easily walked away from the dealership that day (I really didn't need to buy at that time), instead we were able to broker a deal that I felt was very good for me and my family. We're now enjoying our Xterra and are quite happy that we made the purchase. More
THE SERVICE WAS GREAT WHEN I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. MARK BOSSE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE WORKED WITH US IN GETTING THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE. WE LEFT THERE HAPPY WITH OUR PURCHASE AS WELL AS THE PRICE. Mark was helpful, direct, honest in his dealings, and expedited the sale of the car. I needed to get a certain trade-in value for my Subaru, and after some negotiation, I reached my number. We had purchased vehicles from Lee before dealing with Joe G. When our daughter wanted a Nissan Cube we went back to Joe only to learn that he could not sell Nissans since he is in the Dodge area... so h Joe G. My wife and I were very pleased with the way they treated us. They gave us a great deal for our 2003 Honda Accord, which we liked very much and didn't want to part with at first. He was forthright, knowlegeable and honest in his presentation. I ended up with the truck I needed at a great price with people who I would highly recomend to others. The day I purchased the Rogue was nerveracking for me. It was the first new car I had bought in more years than I would like to admit, and Preston made the experience memorable. By the time all the paperwork was completed it was past closing time and yet everyone stayed to wrap up loose ends. Not one person grumbled about staying so I could drive off with my new car. Everyone went above and beyond to help me. I loved my Rogue then and still love it today. I feel proud when I sit behind the steering wheel. More
