The car was immaculately detailed, and waiting up front for a test drive as soon as we arrived. The vehicle was perfect, and once I decided to purchase Anthony made the process super efficient without any pressure. We discussed payment options and shortly after I was walking out happy with all of my expectations met or exceeded. I had my two kids with me, but that didn’t even prove a bump in the process because LJ Nissan had a kids playroom with great toys to keep the kiddos busy while the grown ups talked about the boring stuff. We had an excellent experience. The battery in our Rogue died while it was parked in our garage. He was up front in telling me that they were full at the moment so it could be a couple of days before they got to it. I had the towing service take it to LJ Nissan anyhow. I was contacted by Nikki the next morning, via text message. She told me they would get it done as quickly as possible and confirmed that it might take a day or two. Long story shirt, I received another text identifying what they had found, authorized the work, and had the car back at 5:00 that evening.
