They don't pressure you into buying a car, so you can take your time looking around. All my questions were answered thoroughly and with a smile. This is the best place to buy a car if you want a team that will do everything in their power to get you in the car that you want. You will receive excellent customer service from sales, management, and finance. More

Always ready for me when I arrive and wait times are very reasonable. They get the job done right the first time, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to assist me in getting my automotive needs met! The dealership is clean and they always do a pretty good job of washing and vacuuming my car before returning it to me. They’ve also given me a loaner when I needed one. Yay team!!! More

The salesman had the vehicle waiting to test drive and then allowed me to drop him off and take it by my home to show the family. This helped as the whole family was sold on it after. They made it easy to feel good about purchasing the vehicle and even took care of something small the next week free of charge. Very happy with the experience. More

I had talked to William Whittico on the phone before my visit and he helped me obtain relevant information about the car from the dealer website. When I arrived at University Mazda I met with William and he showed me the car I was interested in and we took a test drive. William was throughly professional throughout my visit. He showed me all the records the dealer had on the car. Our interaction was always low key and very pleasant. We were able to agree on a price quickly without any long waits that I have seen at other car dealers. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. After the purchase William had the car professionally detailed before I picked it up. More
11 Mazdas and counting. Love these people. I've been dealing with U Mazda since 1981. They aren't the closest dealer, but they are the best in my view. Being the oldest Mazda dealer in the coun I've been dealing with U Mazda since 1981. They aren't the closest dealer, but they are the best in my view. Being the oldest Mazda dealer in the country, They seem to do the way some dealers used to be. old school: They have been owned by the same family since the beginning and not part of some "empire" like Autonation. They are personable, professional and allow people to choose a new or used car in a more friendly environment that the all-too-typical "Today's the day" dealer and most of the staff has been there for years. They back it up with very professional service and parts departments. Consider they are one of the only Mazda dealers to be awarded the President's Award (I think that's what it's called) They may in fact be the only local dealer to do so year after year. It's awarded for best customer satisfaction. I recently took delivery of my 4th Mazda 3 (our family has bought over 12 new Mazdas there). I love this place. (Sometimes I'll stop by just for the free coffee...) If I sound like a shill for Umazda, Please be advised I have owned over 60 cars so have visited probably every car dealer in the Seattle/Tacoma area. I currently also own a Corvette which I've had since new. I had a more frustrating time giving the Chevy dealer $80K than I've ever experienced with UMazda buying cars costing a third as much. More
Professional and Low Pressure Since 2007 I have leased 3 new vehicles and picked up the purchase option on one of them, which I financed with them. For those who have dealt with o Since 2007 I have leased 3 new vehicles and picked up the purchase option on one of them, which I financed with them. For those who have dealt with other car dealerships, these guys are very low key, which I think may have been the cause of some of the lower reviews. If you are excited about the hunt of buying a car and enjoy the Turkish Bazaar back and forth you get at some dealers, you probably will be disappointed by University Mazda. I have always dealt with a manager or senior salesman. I recommend going that route. I have interacted with some of their regular sale people when picking up or trading in a car and that is where there can be some inconsistency. hey are also a very small dealership and don't have a huge inventory, so I recommend emailing or calling ahead to see if they have a car in stock that will work. On one occasion, they did not have the car I wanted, but were able to get it from another dealer quickly and were very accommodating. So they are not perfect, but given this is not a luxury dealership, I think they are well above average. Their financing department and vehicle delivery process is top notch. I've sat at some local dealerships for hours while we close the paperwork and they prep the vehicle. Once the terms have been negotiated, I have been in and out of University Mazda in about an hour each time. More
