I say mostly, because in an effort to be overly friendly with someone who is not a real friend, the service personnel made a point of calling me by my first name. My real friends call me by a different name. Using "Mr," followed by my last name, and then asking permission to use my first name, is always the safest policy. It seems like a small detail, but when we consider that one's name is his most important possession, it's maybe not so small after all. Anyhow, thanks, University Mazda, for your efficient work in keeping my car in tip-top shape. More
