Not only was he very patient, knowledgeable, professional, but really listened to my needs and wants as a customer and was able to fit me into something that worked perfectly at the right price.... All while making it a pleasant purchasing experience for me , which I'm sure is not an easy task. I really liked William and his style- I've talked to a ton of other car salesmen and nothing compares to William. I am very happy with my new Mazda and will recommend Univ Mazda to my family and friends, and tell them to ask for William! More

I say mostly, because in an effort Last week I brought in my leased CX-3 for its periodic servicing. As usual I was treated mostly very respectfully. I say mostly, because in an effort to be overly friendly with someone who is not a real friend, the service personnel made a point of calling me by my first name. My real friends call me by a different name. Using "Mr," followed by my last name, and then asking permission to use my first name, is always the safest policy. It seems like a small detail, but when we consider that one's name is his most important possession, it's maybe not so small after all. Anyhow, thanks, University Mazda, for your efficient work in keeping my car in tip-top shape. More
