Service oriented to a "T" Matt Hume went the distance getting my Mazda3 repaired at no cost to myself for an issue that was out of the warranty period. He didn't need to do this, but it was a unique situation that warranted an attempt to try and get Mazda Corp to foot the bill. I greatly appreciated the time and help.
