Service my Mazda MX5 and replace clutch My car was running rough and I was having problems changing gears. University Mazda took me in right away and provided a loaner car. Told me they woul My car was running rough and I was having problems changing gears. University Mazda took me in right away and provided a loaner car. Told me they would perform a diagnostic test and call me to tell me the results. They followed up exactly as promised. Turned out to be my clutch and pressure plate, which needed to be replaced. I also asked for a tune up and oil change. They told me to expect the work to take 2-3 days. They called me the next morning to inform me they stayed late the night before and the car was ready for pick up. WOW!!! That is service. Have to give a big shout out to Brian, who was my intake service rep. He was fabulous, very friendly and courteous. He guided me through the process and kept me in the loop. When I picked up the car, he ended up having to teach me how to clutch again because the change was so huge. My car runs really well and shifting gears is so easy and smooth!! Thank you, Brian and University Mazda. More
