David Marsteller was really good about calling and asking if I wanted the team to replace a filter or any other thing. I did have them replace a tire that had a nail lodged in the sidewall. I received the aproximate amount of the cost of service before it was all done. My wait was about 1.5 hrs which I used to do some work and to make a “to do” list for the next week. More

Serious problem, quickly resolved 2017 M3 HB 2.5 Windshield Wipers stopped working. Replaced BCM Returned the loaner in 5 hours. Exceptional Buying Experience I went through the Costco Auto program. My sales associate was Patrick Curalli & our first encounter was via phone. I visited the showroom on Saturday morning & was cheerfully greeted by Patrick. From the minute we met, Patrick showed enthusiasm about showing me the new CX-5. I appreciated his vast knowledge and ability to explain things in a manner I could understand . There are so many features and benefits on the new Mazda CX-5 & It was a bit overwhelming, but Patrick made it a fun learning process I was in sales many years and appreciated Patrick’s selling manner! Never pushy, just excited about the CX-5. He spent the entire day with me and I was able to drive the car off the lot and take a road trip from the dealership. I absolutely love my new Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. I’m even figuring out the Bluetooth network & there are great U-Tube videos explaining everything. Huge thank you to University Mazda & Patrick for enabling me to make an informed decision to purchase that day. More
