Before moving we sold our vehicles in Kansas and just decided to purchase out here. Since my wife sold her Mazda Tribute, we decided to look at Mazda's here. We went to University Mazda and met a wonderful salesperson to deal with, William Wittico and purchased a 2012 Mazda CX-9. After 100,000 carefree miles, we came back to University Mazda. Lo and behold, we again got to deal with William on a new 2019 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring Reserve. He is a joy to work with and never pushy. He answered all our questions, got us the best deal we were looking for and we couldn't be happier. Keep up the great dealership and service you offer. Tom & Anne Smarsh More
Turned me into a customer So I arrived early for my appointment and initially found my contact guy a little dismissive and condescending. He did let me finish my concerns and gave me an initial price quote. No surprises there. I was a little disappointed that no shuttle or loaner program was available but was given a reasonable pick up time and headed home via Uber. Well I could'nt have been more wrong about David Marsteller. He was in touch with me through the entire experience. We discussed options and priorities given I was working on a budget. At one point he even put me on hold so we could decide on something depending on my technicians advisement. He never made me feel pressured or embarrassed or anything but informed and in control.I am incredibly happy with the work that was done, the cleanliness of the facility, and the professionalism and care that me and my care were given. The car runs amazing. I now have a personal portfolio with future items that can be addressed as my budget allows. Absolutely blown away with your operation.. So thankyou David! Great customer service from Dave Marsteller. I had a 7 am appointment to have CarPlay installed in my Mazda. Dave graciously allowed me to check in at 6:45 and had a loaner car waiting so that I I had a 7 am appointment to have CarPlay installed in my Mazda. Dave graciously allowed me to check in at 6:45 and had a loaner car waiting so that I could get to a 7:30 meeting downtown. The work was done and the car was washed and waiting for me within 2 hours. The work is always done right at U Mazda and it never costs more than the quoted price. More

GREAT SERVICE University Mazda is wonderful. They remember your name and USE IT, let you know that you are important to them, from date of purchase to services to University Mazda is wonderful.
