Great car buying experience This was my first time at University Mazda. I had already spent the entire day searching for CX5s at other car dealerships and talking to a lot of sal This was my first time at University Mazda. I had already spent the entire day searching for CX5s at other car dealerships and talking to a lot of sales people. However, my experience with Eric Demeter was totally different and pleasant. From the moment he greeted us till we purchased the car, he was always helping us find the right option to buy rather than pushing us to buy something. He always gave me and my wife a few mins to discuss in private after we got to some number agreement rather than sitting there and staring at us( which was my experience with other sales personnel in other dealerships). In addition, his knowledge about cars was commendable and his attitude was great. At the end, he helped us reach the desired deal and we made the purchase. After that the finance department experience was excellent as well. No pushing for added costs, service specials etc. It was very transparent. Scott Roy from finance helped with the papers. I would definitely recommend Eric if you are buying a car in Seattle area. More

came in for a recall item UMazda got me into the dealership quickly, I waited while they did the recall replacement, and when I got to my car after the appointment it was washe UMazda got me into the dealership quickly, I waited while they did the recall replacement, and when I got to my car after the appointment it was washed and vacuumed. It doesn't get much better than that. I have been getting my Mazdas serviced at UMazda since my first 1985 hatchback. They were called something different then, then my second 2002 Mazda Protégé 5 was awesome, and now I have my third Mazda 3 coupe. If it's not broke, don't fix it. I don't care for the sales department and have not purchased any of my cars at UMazda, but the service department rocks.. More

It was nice to be able to walk into University Mazda, be greeted in a friendly, low-key manner, and taken seriously as a female buyer. I appreciated being able to take the CX5s out on my own and concentrate on the experience and see how they handled, versus having a sales person along to tell me about the car. All my questions were answered. The buying experience itself went great. Overall, an excellent experience! More
