Great service experiences We've had two excellent purchasing experiences at University Mazda (one new car, one certified pre-owned), and have been consistently happy with their We've had two excellent purchasing experiences at University Mazda (one new car, one certified pre-owned), and have been consistently happy with their service department as well. It's easy to schedule on-line appts, and we've always been able to get on their schedule quickly. The service associates are respectful of your time, keep you updated throughout, and make good on their time estimates. This service was for an AC issue while my car was under warranty; they took care of the issue at no charge and no pushback, as I expected, and while they were at it, did a detailed maintenance evaluation check on the rest of the car (no concerns). I also appreciated that, during a recent oil change service when they found a nail in one of the tires, they went ahead and patched it up with no call/no charge -- they just took care of it. It was a small thing, but it's the kind of thing I appreciate in a service experience -- no nickel/diming. On a side note, the U Mazda location is great because there's plenty to do within walking distance if you don't want to sit in the waiting room while you wait for your car. More

He was patient, kind, and didn’t try to sugarcoat things. He jumped through hoops and went the extra mile to ensure that I was able to purchase the car that I wanted at a price I could afford (per month). He took the time to go over everything and made sure I was comfortable with my car before leaving. This was such a great car buying experience! More
