Well worth sticking with this dealer we bought a Mazda 5 in 2008. Primarily because it has sliding rear doors. But is has done everything else right for us as well. So we bough a mazda we bought a Mazda 5 in 2008. Primarily because it has sliding rear doors. But is has done everything else right for us as well. So we bough a mazda 2 to go with it, and are just as happy. NOT happy to walk through the showroom and find no models with sliding rear doors. Guess the Maxda 5 get another 10 years. More
Good price, okay communication, proper R&R Repair but . . . I asked about "battery maintenance" to assure that none of the computers' memories would be lost during the replacement of my Mazda 3's bad battery. I asked about "battery maintenance" to assure that none of the computers' memories would be lost during the replacement of my Mazda 3's bad battery. I was assured that this R&R was typically done with a battery maintainer. My car's cumulative average mpg data was lost, and possibly other settings still to be discovered. (Radio still tuned to favorites!) Back to square one on that. Disappointed. It would have been a bit less disappointing if I'd simply been told that this can or will happen. Otherwise, I thought the price was fair, most of our communications were clear and the R&R was performed without further incident. The multi-point maintenance/repair checklist is a very helpful touch. More

He sometimes helps me with getting coupon discounts on especially highly expensive work to lessen my bill. More

He was easy going, clarif We purchased our new car at University Mazda. We arrived at the dealership nearly decided what we want and worked with Gary. He was easy going, clarified questions, was open to negotiations, willing to take the extra step to make a deal and our overall experience in negotiating and subsequent communications was very good. We had a little longer than ideal wait time after making an appointment for the actual purchase/documents signing, but that was out of Gary's control (due to numerous clients) and he made sure he checks with us, clarified all info and took care of the process that was within his control. Excellent experience overall. More

they always find someone to help, no matter how busy they ar I had a flat tire which would not inflate, took the car to Mazda who are always busy but somehow, as always, they found someone able to patch the tire I had a flat tire which would not inflate, took the car to Mazda who are always busy but somehow, as always, they found someone able to patch the tire and put me on the road again. It cost $27.00. Amazing service More
