all good except.. My husband bought this car for me, new, in 2009. It's been serviced there ever since. He died suddenly in 2017. Good service Service was fine and excellent. Although I do have 1 gripe regarding the issue of why I came in to have my lock lug nuts removed and replaced with r Service was fine and excellent. Although I do have 1 gripe regarding the issue of why I came in to have my lock lug nuts removed and replaced with regular lug nuts. The last time I was in for service was for an oil change and tire rotation. I happened to have a flat tire this past weekend and was NOT able to even loosen the lock lug nut with the special "key" because the affected lock nut had been air-gunned too tight. Had I been able to change tires, I could have gotten the tire fixed/plugged for no charge where I purchased the tires. I ended up trying too hard and stripping the key, making the whole operation useless. Thankfully my insurance road service could plug the hole in the tire by just jacking up my vehicle. BUT fixing a flat is not included in road service. Just changing a tire is included. I bought my car in 2005 from University Mazda and have been a steady customer for 15 years. I think the least that your company can do is reduce the overall charge or just negate it altogether. More
