When I was negotiating on the purchase price, the manager won’t give me my price, but their price. I would have walked out, but my wife likes the car. So I asked for a free oil change and the Sales Manager r won’t give me my price, but their price. I would have walked out, but my wife likes the car. When oil change came, the Sales Manager reneged the promised of free oil change because the car is a used certified preowned with 1800 miles on odometer. The service department staff seem happy to be there and happy to help. The video explaining all the work is very useful although not being used to the jargon there were some bits I didn’t get in the rush o happy to help. I bought my Mazda 3 here in 2014 & have been a faithful service customer ever since. Seen some changes in that time but one thing has remained the same-good people at the counter who are friendly & profess service customer ever since. I appreciate the expertise, ability to keep it simple & concern for the safety of my vehicle everyone has shown me. And I’ve never felt as though I’m spending more than necessary on my car to maintain it. Ryan K deserves a special shoutout as he’s the one who’s helped me most often over the years. He’s super friendly. He remembers me. He knows my car & its quirks. I trust him to level with me about what it needs or doesn’t need yet. That means an awful lot to me as a customer! More

Conner was very patient and answered all of my questions and helped me with the set up as I had to do the initial download to start the car. He came in on his day off to do this. He went above and beyond. The second thing I needed to mention was that I had been a victim to predatory loans in the past which has resulted in me having to file for bankruptcy, Nick in finance gave me an inside look on interest rates on people with good to excellent credit from different creditors so that I could make an educated decision. I love my “new to me car” and I would highly recommend Lee Johnson! More
