Lee Johnson Mazda surprised me the most with their effortless community effort and genuine sincerity when meeting with me. No pretentiousness. No attitudes. A team effort made to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I came in initially on a Sunday in May with no appointment and was very guarded - not knowing what to expect. I was greeted and handed over to Michael Hourigan who was very excited to show me the vehicle and picked up on the fact that I'd been researching it online. He also KNEW this vehicle extremely well and I was just as impressed with his knowledge of the new model. The best part of the 1st visit- I was not pressured to buy. And I was promised that when I was ready, they would offer me an honest price. I was back in late June and Michael provided me the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I wish the others I've had in the past could have been this simple and straightforward. It's not just about price at Lee Johnson - it's about connections and talking to people as people. It's not about using that awful four square car sales worksheet that customers absolutely distrust . They don't do that at this dealership. The finance manager I met with was also professional and sharp. Jack Miller was extremely pleasant to work with and went over every document with me and let me take my time to read them. He answered my questions and again, didn't oversell. And we connected afterwards talking about cars from our youth. I would have never thought about going over to Kirkland from Seattle to buy a car. But the Lee Johnson Mazda team just made the entire process transparent and smooth. They are a close knit family of good folks. I highly recommend them. More

Even though he wasn't making much on the deal, Mark stayed past closing with me as the car was getting detailed.
