The sales professional I worked with,Michael Hourigan ,took the process to a new level of excellence. He was very easy work with through out the transaction. The negotiation process was low pressure and transparent with a clear explanation of the charges. My partner recently purchased a car from Josh Wilson at Lee Johnson and he also provided the same type of excellent low pressure sales experience. This tells me that Lee Johnson has their act together on selling cars! What made my experience with Michael stand apart was the little things he did with out being asked. He took the initiative to change keys from the old to new car on my key ring, also ,after asking,moved my personal items from my trade in to the my new vehicle. During out conversation we chatted about dogs,imagine my delight when he gave me a toy to bring home to my Corgi! Thank you Michael from a truly memorable purchase experience ! More

Scott gave me stellar recommendations for both repair and replacement of the windshield, depending on what I preferred to do. I ultimately had it replaced 2 weeks later from the reputable business that Scott suggested (with a new Mazda brand replacement windshield) and all is well again. More
Love my CX-5. Go see Mark! I came in to lease a CX-5. Mark LoPriore helped me and answered all of my questions and taught me how to use all of the awesome stuff the car has to o I came in to lease a CX-5. left me furious So we were in negotiations with them on the phone for a vehicle that I searched long and hard to find that was perfect for our family, I made an offer So we were in negotiations with them on the phone for a vehicle that I searched long and hard to find that was perfect for our family, I made an offer and Alfredo said he was really busy and it was getting late, so he would ask his manager and get back to us with his decision in the morning. In the morning he said that they were showing the vehicle to someone else. So somehow in between the close of business Friday and the opening of business Saturday, we lost the vehicle. My wife and I were extremely upset and felt like they had sold the vehicle right out from underneath us. They brag about being a family owned business, but that is supposed to mean that they are good people who treat their customers right. In this case they certainly didnt care about us at all. Only themselves and the money. Extremely disappointed in what this company values most. And I warn anyone who is looking for a vehicle to go shopping somewhere else. More

Lee Johnson is great!!! I took my 2016 Mazda CX5 today to Lea Johnson, because the tire pressure warning light was on. The girl at the counter was so friendly and helpful. His name was Taylor. He was professional and friendly. He found the problem-a nail in the right front tire and fixed it right away. I was very impressed by the great service they provided. I drove away with a grateful heart. Thank you, Lee Johnson for this great experience. More
