horrible experience took 6 hours to buy a vehicle. drove 2 hours from home to buy a truck. when i got there the truck was not ready for purchase, there was a recall on it and they miss represented the drove 2 hours from home to buy a truck. when i got there the truck was not ready for purchase, there was a recall on it and they miss represented the milage on there web site. They lied to my face that they are working on the car and that oil change takes 90 minutes. I finally demanded my car back and they brought it… they didn’t even started servicing after 1:30 hours. Stay away from them, absolute nightmare of customer service. Ironically, on the wall they say they aim for truly costumer satisfaction. For sure note the people that I had to deal… they have zero empathy for what happened. More
