The team walked me through all my questions, spent hours speaking one on one with me about options, showed me everything I wanted to know about the car, hooked up my blue tooth and I drove off a happy customer with a 2016 CX-5. I highly recommend Lee Johnson and am happy to be a Mazda owner. More

Non-apologetic mistakes w/ air of arrogance I've actually read many reviews about this place in the past and didn't believe service fault. The guys try to be nice and welcoming, but end up making countless mistakes on ordering parts, servicing vehicle and even charging the customer for their mistakes. They take a long time, but usually come off as arrogant in what you need for service and happy to nickel and dime you to death. Even when trying to call ahead of time, it seems like no one in service communicates with one another, argues with one another and leaves you with an air of non-professionalism. I consistently hear at least one customer every visit having to yell at the staff there. With this experience, I do not want to buy a Mazda from this dealership or maybe even in general again. More
Upfront and to the Point Lots of negative reviews on here but our experience couldn't be further from that. We worked with Nick R. who was nothing short of outstanding! Excell Lots of negative reviews on here but our experience couldn't be further from that. We worked with Nick R. who was nothing short of outstanding! Excellent customer service and some of the most competitive prices around. He was upfront, direct, and to the point which was ideal for what we needed. He was amazingly fast in his responses to us and very clear about what they could do for us. All in all an outstanding experience. We are very grateful! More

I was looking for a new car and just like everyone else they are helpful in explaining the features and price. The negotiation for price went really bad because of the arrogant manager and the sales person. I would say to think twice before finalizing the deal at this location. They will definitely try to sell above the fair market price and are very rude and disrespectful if you try to negotiate further. More

Look elsewhere for a Mazda if you know what car you want Lee Johnson was the first Mazda dealership that I visited upon arriving in the Seattle metro area. I picked it because it was well advertised and close to my location. This is certainly not my first car buying experience, but it was the worst. Josh Wilson helped me with my inquiry on 2 vehicles and we test drove both. Things went smoothly until we came to his desk to talk about vehicle price. When I asked for his "best offer" I sensed that his attitude immediately turned from friendly to very defensive. I told him that I wanted to know what best offer they could agree to, and then compare that to other quotes for a few days. He was quite upset. We went in circles on the logic of why i would "feel the need to push them on price information for comparison." In addition, he didn't understand why I "could not pull the trigger today." 15 minutes later Ken, another dealership consultant, took Josh's place and aggressively questioned why I would asked for a price quote if I wasn't ready to purchase on the spot. After about 30 more minutes of these shenanigans I left the dealership. I honestly feel that Josh is a good guy who really knows cars; unfortunately, his attitude is not up to par when it comes to having a calm discussion over vehicle pricing and deal negotiation. Another thing I'll point out is that Lee Johnson has the nicest dealership/office space of the dealerships that I visited. No coincidence that all of the fancy overhead prevents them from being competitive on vehicle pricing for the consumer. I ended up contacting 4-5 other dealerships in the Seattle metro area on the vehicle I wanted and closed the deal in the next 48 hours. Look elsewhere if you have a good grasp on the car you want and want to get a reasonable deal. If price is not important to you and you are not sure what car you want, then Lee Johnson will be fine. I dealt with many dealers in the past and this one is the worst. When I entered the place, it looked like a rundown business. Employees were busy watching TV and finally someone noticed me. I presented my i worst. When I entered the place, it looked like a rundown business. Employees were busy watching TV and finally someone noticed me. I presented my interest in buying Mazda5. I drove a similar car before; hence, we passed the test drive jumping into the deal. As expected, the price went more than KBB book suggested value with $1200. I told the sales person about my expectation. He took it to his manager. His manager came and asked me about my current job title. He move out from negotiating the car price and started estimating how much I make per year and how this difference wouldn't impact me. Maybe this approach work with some customers but not me. More
Usual "looking for a car at this price out the door" "we can't do it for that price, what we have is $1500 more" "okay, thanks I'll look elsewhere". Two hours later miraculous ability to sell ca door" "we can't do it for that price, what we have is $1500 more" "okay, thanks I'll look elsewhere". Two hours later miraculous ability to sell car for price I wanted. Go in and drive car, it's fine I'll take it. During processing I ask for help pairing phone because during test drive it wouldn't pair and can you give me my maintenance schedule. "Sure no problem". Finish paperwork, Colton sits in car and can't figure out how to pair it, says he'll call next day. Get car home and hand keys to girlfriend and try to lock car with other set but it doesn't work. Next day wait for a call all day from Colton, finally call dealership and he has day off, he'll call me the next day. No call so I leave a message and text for him indicating his phone had been smashed and what was it I needed again. I let him know and he gets back to me with the same information I had before I left the dealership on how to pair the phone. Not how to pair when it's already been paired to another phone. Plus he ignores the key issue and the maintenance (small things, but if he can't even do those why would I trust him for something really important). Get an email the same day from Tom asking how the service was and my overall experience. I let him know my issues and he has never replied. I have called a couple more times and neither of them seem to ever be around and they don't respond to emails or texts. I can guarantee I will be calling the manager. Looks like per another customer I will have to call on my new plates as well. More
