This stylish little car handles,wonderfully, has excellent pick up and is very quiet and comfortable to drive. Tom Oh made the process of getting the car I wanted very easy. I called him, told him what I wanted and within a day he had the car located from another dealership. He gave me a price I was very happy with (a bit under sticker) and was pleasant and straightforward. I absolutely love this little awd and would recommend buying through Tom for maximum ease. The decision to buy a new car took us about a year and a half as I don't like to make big decisions quickly. Mark had no issues with us coming and going over the course of three days to come to our final decision. And my reluctance to give any contact info. He was respectful of our privacy and our space and let us take the time we needed, at home, to make up our minds. He even made me a photocopy of a page in a brochure so I had a list of the available options and hand wrote pricing information to simplify things for me (BTW, I went online to multiple dealers to crosscheck and his numbers were exactly what I found elsewhere, so I was just making more work for myself). And he didn't seem to mind at all that we had our one year old daughter along with us - she joined us on the test drive, giant carseat and all. Unlike some past new car buying experiences, I still feel good about it a week later. If you're looking for a low key, low pressure sales guy, I'd recommend asking for Mark LoPriore. More
