He knew all about the car. During the test drive, he walked us through all the features and provided the differences between various packages and models so that we could make the decision on what exactly to buy. We got the great price for our lease and Marcus was very willing to explain each component of the price sheet. At the end of delivery, we got demo of all the features for the car.
