I knew the car I wanted, but wasn I bought a new Miata from Michael Hourigan at Lee Johnson this past weekend, and it was easy from beginning to end. I knew the car I wanted, but wasn't sure on trim packages, and he helped me through the various options, let me sit in them and try out the seats, play with the electronics packages, etc. Once we'd figured out what to get, it was a simple in and out operation to finalize the deal, with no pressure for upsells or anything. Pricing was competitive with dealers across the country (I was asking all over to find the best price.) More
