I bought a certified pre owned car from them a few months ago and when I brought it in for its first oil change I was told I needed new tires already.. This was a huge surprise to me because I just bought the car. Clearly upset I said that it was a bunch of BS since I just bought the car, well after talking to a few people they went above just telling me I am SOL and worked with me to make something happen. They do treat you with a lot of respect her and with the few things that have gone since I have had the car they have helped or fixed the problem hassle free. More

I mentioned to the service manager, Scott,, that my tire pressure warning light had just come on. When the car was ready he told me that there had been a nail in a tire, which they had repaired.
