This was the greatest "buying" experience I've ever endured. After 7 months of car shopping, and the many frustrations that come with it, I walked into Hyundai of Everett - an overly cautious, suspicious, even distrustful person in need of a new car. I had read all of the great reviews about Hyundai of Everett, even know someone who knows someone that suggested I at least give this place a chance, so - I made the drive to Everett on a sunny Saturday afternoon, not thinking there was a chance in the world that I'd be driving away in a new (BEAUTIFUL) Hyundai Santa Fe, but - that's exactly what happened. Jeff Plunkett was the sales person who helped me - he answered all of my (no joke: 4,598) questions and spent HOURS with me, as I kept my walls up, knowing that the car-sales industry is a dirty one. Well folks, I'm here to tell you: I was wrong. Jeff was as honest as they come. He told me everything I needed to know (and more) and made me feel comfortable. After a full day with Jeff, I knew he was the real deal and was someone worthy of my trust (and my business), so - I went ahead with the purchase, because I knew in my heart it was a fantastic deal, and also that Jeff truly cared about my well-being. I felt no pressure what-so-ever (shocking!), which really allowed me to make a decision, sans the pushy-salesman trying to make his quota. The manager of Everett of Hyundai (Justin Meek) was just as honest and friendly - he made solidified the sale - because he, too, was someone I could trust. Joe was the gentleman who went through all of the papers with me, he's clear and detailed and made the whole experience a smooth and painless one. If you're looking for a new car: YOU MUST GO TO HYUNDAI OF EVERETT!!! Ask for Jeff Plunkett - you'll be thanking me for it, I promise! :-) More
I love my car but not as much as I love Sandie... she went way beyond to provide me with exactly what I was looking for and Becky, in financing, was also a pleasure to work with. They are great. No games, no up-selling, only honesty and integrity. Make those day dreams reality. If you think about it, you spend a large amount of your life in your car, you deserve the best. I needed a new car. Hyundai of Everett was recommended and I was not disappointed. I needed to find a dealership that will give me customer service beyond the sale. I was scheduled for my first oil change at the time of the sale already. Jeff Plunkett, my salesperson, called telling me that my license plates were in and to schedule an appointment and they will put them on. That's a first for me and I've gone through a lot of cars. I am please with my Elantra Limited. It had lots of amenities like heated seats. They're great up here in the NW. There's lots of financial paperwork but Becky Zuckerberg was very efficient through the process. PS: I had some CD's that were still in my cd system that was broken and could not retrieve on my own. They made sure that I got my CDs. They were terrific. More

I was not quite sure what I wanted, nor am I very knowledgeable about cars themselves. Bernie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to ask questions about things I wanted/needed in a car. He gave me all the information I asked about and made sure I knew everything else that was important about the car. I felt that he went above and beyond to help during the test drive. He knew I was a first time shopper and I definitely think he took the time to explain things to me and made sure I understood what he was explaining (other associates I met during my search went through the information and seemed to not care if I understood and was comfortable with the information given to me.) He followed up with me about how it went and showed genuine interest in what would work best for me. Some family members joined me during the test drive (one of many test drives on that particular day) and they were also very pleased with Bernie and his attitude/helpfulness. Though I ended up purchasing a car from a different dealership, I would recommend Hyundai of Everett and specifically Bernie to anyone inquiring about purchasing a car. We visited many dealerships and dealt with many sales associates while looking for a car and I feel inclined to leave feedback because of all the people we interacted with, I had the most pleasant experience with Bernie. He had a positive attitude the entire time, which cannot be said about any of the other associates I had to talk with. More
I just experienced something I have never experienced before. I had done about a year's worth of research on the perfect car that I wanted for my 75 mile round trip commute. I decided on a 2013 Hyundai E before. I had done about a year's worth of research on the perfect car that I wanted for my 75 mile round trip commute. I decided on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with a stick shift, and just the basic GLS package, which has many many features as standard. Upon speaking with Jeff Plunkett, I struck a deal over the phone that more than met my requirements. Upon arriving at the dealership for a test drive, while Jeff had to take off for another commitment, I was greeted by Nick Smart, who promptly got me the car. I drove it, loved it, and told him I would come back tomorrow for the deal. Came back, and everyone I dealt with, from Nick, to Bob the finance guy, to Jimmy the car prep guy, they all were so kind and professional, that I didn't want to leave. Never had such a positive experience at a dealership before today. After about an hour, I drove away feeling so positive about the whole experience. I would firstly highly recommend Hyundai to anyone (Kia is also pretty darn good) because of the value (cost, performance, fit, finish, warranty, consumer ratings, North American car of the year etc), but would recommend this dealership to anyone, even if they have to drive over from other states to deal with them. Well done, guys. This customer sure drove away impressed!!! More
My fiance and I came to this dealership having been referred by another finance company because I was paying 24.99% interest on a used vehicle that wasn't worth it. We weren't exactly planning on buying a brand new car, but I had spoken with Sandi over the phone before we got there and she started running numbers for us and had some offers for us within minutes of walking through the door at 6pm. She walked us out to the lot and started pointing out what she thought would be the best fit for our budget and growing family. I pointed at one specifically and said I want that one. An hour and a half later we walked out to my brand new Elantra in blue, paying only a quarter of the interest we were paying previously with all the bells and whistles, without haggling and without being bullied into a deal. Sandi was very friendly and easy going. It was like we were the sales people and she was the customer only backwards in the way that all she did was answer our questions honestly and to the point, she never embellished or overplayed any of the perks or financing. I loved working with Sandi and then Joe in financing who even offered to go through my paperwork from my previous car deal to help get some money back to me. Thank you Hyundai of Everett we are very happy in our new car! More
Having spent three+ weeks doing the "used car dance" with two other dealerships, and getting nowhere, I decided to try Hyundai of Everett (had never been in before). Jackie and the staff were so professional and honest, and the product so well priced, I bought a new Sonata that day. I would recommend Jackie and Hyundai of Everett to my colleagues. I have had too many of those "experiences" at various dealerships throughout my adult life. This was a welcomed exception. I recently decided that my 13 MPG truck was not the best option out th various dealerships throughout my adult life. This was a welcomed exception. I recently decided that my 13 MPG truck was not the best option out there for commuting 60 miles per day (OK, I knew that before, but I really liked my Titan). I had done a lot of research on hybrids and have looked at and test drove the various usual suspects belonging to: Ford (Fusion), Toyota (Corolla) and Chevrolet (Volt). I saw an ad on kbb for a new and refined 2013 version of the Sonata hybrid I emailed Jackie Walton as I was curious about their "Managers Special" on their Sonata Limited Hybrid. It had a steep discount (and was about 10K less than the competitors for the same options). We exchanged emails and I was overly impressed as she simply and plainly spelled out their price and what came with it. There was no pitch or sales pressure it was merely here it is, if you like it--stop by, otherwise, is there any more info. I can gather for you? As I was going to be available on her day off she kindly passed along all of our discussions to her colleague Jeff Plunkett. I did not call or email Jeff, but just "showed up". It would have been easy enough to pawn me off to another but he treated me as though we had an appt. for whatever time I arrived. He was courteous and respectful of my time. He had a desire to see me happy and the deal worked out in what I believed to be the best for both sides. The financing paperwork went seamlessly and everyone answered every question with a SINCERE DESIRE TO HELP ME MAKE THE BEST DECISION POSSIBLE!!! I have never fancied myself loyal to ANY dealership for future car sales but Hyundai of Everett will be my first choice the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. You simply cannot go wrong with their team. I volunteered to write this commentary, and was neither offered any incentives or any kickbacks to do so. It was just simply that good of an experience. So if you all read this: Thank you Hyundai of Everett for being honest, fair and professional! More

She was very helpful in explaining all the information for the different item pertaining to the vehicle. She went thru all the details for trade-ins and cash settlement. Thank you Becky for being honest and thorough in what you do. Just prior to coming in to Hyundai of Everett I had finished dealing with a really unfortunate and poorly handled situation in which a car I had purchased two months prior at a different dealership end finished dealing with a really unfortunate and poorly handled situation in which a car I had purchased two months prior at a different dealership ended up being a lemon. After going a full month without a car and never offered a rental car even, and being treated poorly by this other dealership I was feeling very sensitive to how I would feel going through the entire car shopping experience again so soon. I was determined to stay away from the pushy yucky salesman approach and vowed to myself I wouldnt fall for that again. I came into Hyundai of Everett just to look around and look at a couple of the 4 door hatchbacks they carry, and Sandie came out to meet me. She was so easy going and pleasant, as well as knowledgeable, and showed me all the cars right in the range I wanted. She didnt push me towards anything I wasnt into or couldnt afford at all. She just showed me exactly what I asked for, and told me all about the cars. She even encouraged me to go to other places and drive all the cars I was considering before I decided. I was impressed at how "normally" I was being treated, but still leery. I came back later the same day to look again at the Hyundai Accent Hatchback SE in silver, and consider my options, and Sandie again was very easy going and never once pushed me towards anything. I left that day very much liking the car... it drove so smoothly, was quiet inside, had all the bells and whistles, price couldnt be beat, and was brand new with a full warranty. I had never bought a new car before and always assumed it to be impossible in my price range thus far, but after outlining some details it seemed like maybe this could work. I slept on things, spent the evening researching cars, and the next morning Sandie had emailed me some pricing... Her numbers were right on the mark with what I had researched to be fair pricing, even better than, and I decided that not only did I love the car, but I wanted to give HER my business. I went back in after talking to Sandie, and she spent a solid chunk of time walking me through things all over again to be sure I was comfortable. She was really fantastic, and never seemed hurried or impatient with me. Once we got paperwork going, it turned out that they got me an even better deal and pricing layout than I thought possible. I went back into the finance department where i met Becky, and she too was really amazing and friendly. She helped me pick out warranty and coverage that was right for ME, and never pushed me at all. All and all, I got my brand new gorgeous 2013 Silver Hyundai Accent Hatchback WITH 10 years of full coverage including towing, rental car if my car is out of service, GAPS, and TONS more, for only $25 more a month than I was paying for the lemon I had bought that was 6 years old, only had a 6 month warranty, and 57k miles on it. What a difference in service! The Sales Manager Jim came over and personally thanked me at the end, making sure everything went perfect to a T... Please, if youre considering a Hyundai, consider trekking to Hyundai of Everett before deciding what to do. They will truly treat you like they want your business, and go above and beyond. :) More
