This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Hyundai of Everett, and I couldn't be happier. My first Elantra wasn't quite as cool or as high tech as my new one, but it was a great vehicle and never gave me any problems. Erin was wonderful to work with while choosing my vehicle and made the process as easy as possible. She was very knowable and accommodating. Not only was she genuinely fun to hang out with, but she made sure I bought a car that I would love and that also fit my lifestyle. I will definitely be coming back here to purchase my next car, although it may be awhile. I doubt I will get sick of this one anytime soon. More

I can say without a doubt that my new Hyundai is the best value on the road today. I was an owner of an Acura TL and luved the quality of it. So when I went searching for my next car I had very high standards. Fit finish performance were @ the top of my list. And the Hyundai did not disappoint which was a huge surprise for me since In my mind I thought this brand was a cheap brand. Well that's not the case at all. They have gone above and beyond with the details on this car I was blown away by all it has to offer and that's what won me over. Don Rae also made the car buying experience a pleasant one. it took an hour and half and I was out the door done. Because the dealer ship was 40 minutes away from me Don personally delivered the car the next day after it was detailed out. He had a surprise for me when he dropped it off and had included all weather matts, iPod connecter, and paint on the house! Don was great to work with I highly recommend him if your in the market for a new car. More

My initial thought on Hyundai was that its a cheap brand car! Well let me say this ITS NOT FOLKS!!! it blew me away. It is the best value on the road today and I am a picky person that owned and Acura tl so I know quality when I see it. The attention to detail is incredible, They have thought of everything with this car. It drives like a dream. I went online and Don Rae of Everett Hyundai contacted me. He was wonderful to work with. A straight shooter and low key. He answered all my ?'s and the transaction was really fast. None of this hanging around a dealership for hours on end to buy a car in a matter of 1/1/2 hours we were out of there and on our way. They car was detailed and Don delivered it to my home the next day and went over everything which was great since dealer ship is a 40 minute drive from my home. Don got them to throw in all weather matts , touch up paint and an I-pod attachment which was a nice surprise when Don delivered the car. If your in the market for a new car call Don he won't disappoint he is a down to earth kind of person. More

In my search to buy a new SUV, I contacted Hyundai of Everett this past Sunday both through the Costco auto sales link, & through the dealership website. I immediately received a call from sales rep San Everett this past Sunday both through the Costco auto sales link, & through the dealership website. I immediately received a call from sales rep Sandie McLelland, asking if she could assist me. I scheduled an appointment & met with her that day, & went back today for a test drive. Sandie was very friendly & informative during both visits. She immediately put me at ease & did not rush me in my search. What I appreciate most is there were no high pressure sales tactics during any of my interactions with her. I explained that I am still in the shopping stage, trying to determine what SUV I want to purchase. I went in initially to look at the Tuscon, & found that it was too small for me. Sandie suggested that I look at the 5 passenger Santa Fe Sport & I really like it! Sandie pointed out the car features in detail. I had not researched this model, so I knew nothing about it. I like the wide unobstructed windshield, the soft leather seats, the fact that the back seats are heated in the model I looked at, & that you can move either side of the back seat forward/backwards on its' own. Unfortunately during the test drive I found that the arm rest sits back too far for my right arm, & the steering wheel felt smaller that what I am used to driving. I will most likely pass on this car due to these two issues-they are just not the right fit for me. However, I will be referring any friends to Sandie & the Hyundai of Everett dealership. Our experience with saleperson Eddie Heisler was extremely positive in that there was no pressure to buy the vehicle we were interested in. He was able to anwer all of our questions, providing us wi extremely positive in that there was no pressure to buy the vehicle we were interested in. We felt confident in his knowlege of the mechanics of the vehical, his honesty and were drawn to his sense of integrity. We knew we wanted to work with him because of this. He allowed us space and time to make our own sound decision on whether or not this was the right vehical for us to purchase. On the drive home (50 miles) from Everett Hyundai yesterday I was completely free of any buyers remorse -no thoughts of "is this really the right car for me?" or "did I pay too much.?" I had not intended to buy a car and did not know if I could even get approved. Bernie was really helpful with all the paperwork and got me approved without a downpayment before we shopped for a car.
