I had no intention of buying, I was just looking, but I found my Tucson and fell in love with it. Fabian was wonderful!! He was patient and explained about the vehicle, answering all of my questions. He was personable, not pushy and very nice. I ended up buying the vehicle and the entire experience was great. The deal was made easily and they were very good about trying to accomidate my financial wants. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would not hesitate to purchase from Hyundai of Everett in the future. All around, a very good experience!!! More

Great Buying Experience After spending a considerable amount of time on line and reading literature about mid-sized cars I concluded that the Hyundai Sonata was the best valu After spending a considerable amount of time on line and reading literature about mid-sized cars I concluded that the Hyundai Sonata was the best value in this class. I next researched local Hyundai dealers on line and found that of the five convenient dealers, Hyundai of Everett seemed to have the best reputation. I communicated with the dealership via the net and received prompt responses from Sandi Mclelland. I visited Sandi, test drove the Sonata and negotiated a purchase at an attractive price during my first visit. A few days later, I went back to Everett to pick up my car. And here is the best part of the transaction. Sandi spent two hours with me going over the features of the car making sure I knew how to use the many special features like using a cellphone through the sound system. Her boss, Justin introduced himself and thanked me for my purchase. Then I met the service manager, Devin. He's the person I will probably have the most interface with in coming years. My Sonata is comfortable to drive and handles as well as my old Audi A-8. And the car has plenty of power. I love my Sonata, even with the noisy, slippy tires. More
