Wanted me to be happy Patrick was friendly, conversational, and genuinely concerned about what I wanted. At no point was he pushing me towards a bigger car than my needs an Patrick was friendly, conversational, and genuinely concerned about what I wanted. At no point was he pushing me towards a bigger car than my needs and seemed honestly surprised when I suggested to go with a more expensive model on my 3rd visit. He even asked me if I was sure since it was originally outside of my stated budget. That concern for working with what I had stated as needed was appreciated and was one of the big selling points in me purchasing from this dealership. They wanted me to be happy with my choice, not for me to get the most expensive car I could afford. More

We were really just wanting final paperwork, but loved how it drove so we were kinda curious about the price. It started way high, but after multiple times bringing us a new price, him and the GM helped get us to where we wanted our payments. Those two and Becky from finance all stayed til about 8:30 with Don staying till almost 9. They closed at 8, but really helped us get our new car and he didn't even seem like he wanted to go! He was sooo nice and he helped us out so much. Now I get to experience the excitement of driving a new car so Thank You So Much Don Kelso!!!:):):) More
