Great staff at Hyundai of Everett! I first talked with Jeff over the phone. He was patient, friendly, and respectful. He also answered my questions. Bud was the sales person I bought th I first talked with Jeff over the phone. He was patient, friendly, and respectful. He also answered my questions. Bud was the sales person I bought the vehicle from, as Jeff was not available on that day. Bud proves to be friendly, and respectful as well. He was very attentive, treated us with dignity and answered all our queries. He took good care of us, offered us water and did not pressure us at all. What stands out is that after I test drive, he let my husband test drive without following us continuously. He gave us some breathing space, and a certain amount of trust. Bud is an excellent proffesional! The following week, I had some questions and Mike Dale took care of them immediately. I have a great experience here, and would definitely recommend this dealers to my family and friends. More

I emailed the dealer in the morning and by 5 pm I drove my new car home with financing, registration, and insurance all in place. I was utterly and pleasantly shocked. Thank you guys! More

They had a Spanish speaking salesman who did a wonderful job translating and did a thorough job explaining all the details regarding the purchase. The staff did everything they could to ensure my mom was comfortable with her purchase and got her the best deal! Couldn't have asked for a better price or experience! Annoyed I have had some issues with tires on my 2015 Sonata due to road hazards and have had them replaced at the service dept. After each visit I check the I have had some issues with tires on my 2015 Sonata due to road hazards and have had them replaced at the service dept. After each visit I check the tire pressures after they have cooled to room temperature at home. The pressures have never been consistent, with variances of up to 5 pounds even though the paperwork shows them all the same. There has always been one at 29 pounds which is too low. I had talked to Devin about it a couple of months ago, along with some QC problems on other types of service visits, and he offered me a free oil change the next time it was due. I came in a few days ago and had the service which included rotating the tires and checking the pressures. When I got home and checked them the actual pressures were 33-34 for three of them and 29 for the RF. The paperwork had the statement "Front tire pressure was set to manufacturer specification." along with the same wording for the rear tires. So again I had to spend my time driving somewhere to properly inflate a tire. This was the fourth time with the same problem. I had suggested to them in the past that a QC step should be added to their process, but it hasn't happened yet. These are obviously minor problems in themselves, but are symptomatic of some missing steps in their process. More
