Wonderful I had to purchase a new car due to being in a car accident and my car had been totaled. In my mind nothing was going to be as good. My dad guided me this location. And they were wonderful. The gentleman helping us was named Patrick Martin and he was lovely, kind and patient. He listened to me being silly about my attachment to my old car, he humored my father and he helped me leave that day with a fantastic car. And the more I drive it the more I fall in love with it. Patrick was wonderful and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and easy. He is a charming person, easy to talk with and he listens to you and helps you find what you need. Second car from Hyundai of Everett The first car I bought was from Fabian at the used lot. I loved the first car but was ready to upgrade and knew Fabian was the guy I wanted to see. I The first car I bought was from Fabian at the used lot. I loved the first car but was ready to upgrade and knew Fabian was the guy I wanted to see. I didn't know he was working at the new dealership and was happy to see him. He was very attentive to what I wanted in a car and even helped me work through what I didn't want in my new car. Fabian showed me 2 different options that I test drove. What I really enjoyed is how I had time to look through the whole car before and after the test drive. When it came to pricing I had a previous budget in mind and both Fabian and Trevor were able to make that possible. As for financing Robert was very personable and thorough with all of the cost. Once again I had a budget I wanted to hold and Robert made sure the service plan and insurance was apart of that. All in all I love the Hyundai dealership. The lobby is comforting, the staff is very welcoming and the whole experience made the stress of buying a new car a whole lot less. More
