2016 Hyundai Elantra GT Was referred to this dealership and Jeff by my local "ma and pa" mechanic. The atmosphere is "family" which suites me fine. The inside sales area tha Was referred to this dealership and Jeff by my local "ma and pa" mechanic. The atmosphere is "family" which suites me fine. The inside sales area that is a share waiting area for the service department was quiet and relaxing. You could see that business was getting done but there was no loud bantering and cajoling on the sales folks part. Actually there was no one particular human thing that distracted your attention from the new vehicles that are staged around the sales area. Becky the finance lady was very relaxed but extremely business focused on getting my paperwork done without a hitch. Justin Meek greeted me as I was on my way out and thanked me for the purchase "don't hesitate to call the dealership with any concerns", etc, etc.. I was in and out of there in about 3.5 hours I think. Note: I was on my way to the local Honda Dealer before I stopped in to say hi to my local mechanic(s) one of whom has a Hyundai or should the way they raved about the cars. I really do think that I got more car compared to Honda for the price point. Lets see how the after sales service experience goes down :-) More
