Excellent Customer Service from Start to Finish Fabian, Mike, and the rest of the staff at Hyundai of Everett did absolutely everything to make my wife and I enjoy our first new car purchase. We had Fabian, Mike, and the rest of the staff at Hyundai of Everett did absolutely everything to make my wife and I enjoy our first new car purchase. We had decided on the 2017 Elantra and had some questions about the available packages and trim levels. After very poor service from other dealers, we walked into Hyundai of Everett already frustrated, and were greeted by Fabian promptly with a great attitude. The salesmen were not prowling the lot like other dealers. Fabian invited us in, made us feel welcome, and began discussing with us the new packages available in the Elantra that I wasn't aware of yet. He was knowledgable, friendly, and above all made us feel comfortable instead of intimidated or pressured. Most importantly, he did not write off my wife and I due to our age, but treated us like real customers with real money (other dealers wouldn't even give us the time of day because we are young!). Once we had test driven and decided on a car, Fabian and the manager Mike did a fantastic job of running numbers for multiple situations and answering all of our questions so we were sure that not only were we getting a great deal, but knew exactly where every dollar of our payment was going. The showroom is very comfortable, refreshments are available to make the process comfortable and enjoyable, and the entire staff was all smiles and genuine attitudes. I would not hesitate to return to Hyundai of Everett for future car purchases, and highly recommend others to see Fabian as well. More
