Worst experience ever !!! I was in the process buying a brand new car this weekend. I signed almost all the paper work and about to go to Finance but all of sudden the s !!! I was in the process buying a brand new car this weekend. I signed almost all the paper work and about to go to Finance but all of sudden the sales person came out of Manager's room and told me that the car has "Recalled". I was pissed off as they already ran my credit history, filled out forms and I spent over 2 hours there. I told them that I don't want the deal, but within a 1 min gap the Manager came out of his room and told me the "Recall" is done which is the worst thing I've ever witnessed. As per one of their agents, the recall is not for the model that I was about to buy. I was badly hurt today. My kids wanted to bring the red car but the opposite thing happened today. They simply screwed up my day and my family's expectation. I never ever go back to this store. PLEASE be really careful when you guys buy cars from this store. I wouldn't personally recommend anyone. More

My experiance I was recomened by another dealership and told to speak with Patrick. I was treated right away. Patrick was very enthusiastic and friendly. Patrick went out of his way to appease me and I left some important items in my other car and Patrick was kind enough to get them out for me. He put them in his desk until I was able to pick the up.
