They tell their sales people to automatically include a wrap (extended warranty) into the initial negation of the purchase price of the vehicle but po They tell their sales people to automatically include a wrap (extended warranty) into the initial negation of the purchase price of the vehicle but pose it as "does this monthly payment work for you? If it works, sign here" never specifically disclosing that you are agreeing to buy a car with a extended warranty. Then the responsibility is placed on the customer to notice the additional charges when sitting at the finance desk. That's not how buying a car should work. They are shady, dishonest and relying on people to not notice anything until the paperwork is signed and you've driven the car off the lot. The price was good... You know, AFTER THE WARRANTY WAS REMOVED. AVOID. More

Amazing! Hyundai of Everett is awesome! I bought a 2017 Hyundai Tucson from them a little over a week ago and I've been nothing but impressed. I went in there Hyundai of Everett is awesome! I bought a 2017 Hyundai Tucson from them a little over a week ago and I've been nothing but impressed. I went in there knowing what I wanted and Stoney did a great job helping me out! Becky in the finance department was also super helpful and friendly. Before I left the lot, we noticed a tear in the back seat and they were a quick to get me a service appointment scheduled to fix it. Today I had my appointment and the repair for the tear just didn't turn out right, and being a brand new car it shouldn't have been there in the first place. The manager Brandon came out and looked at it and they're going to order a new seat since it's under warranty and it wasn't "wear and tear damage." Camary in service did a great job also! All together it's all been a great experience. Thank you all! More
