Captain was by far one of the most pleasant, fun, helpful, and knowledgeable sales people I've ever met, let alone for auto sales. He was quick to figure out what my wife and I were looking for and didn't pressure us into anything that didn't fit for us, and we couldn't be happier with the Tucson we purchased. We also got an extremely competitive deal for those looking to get the most for their money. Becky in finance and everyone else we deal with was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'm very happy to be a new Hyundai of Everett customer! More

I wish that I would have just went here originally. From the first phone call to the handshake at the end of the deal, these guys have their stuff together. Very friendly and not pushy at all. Gave me a very fair trade in value for my previous vehicle and decent asking price for the one I wanted. Everything went very smooth including the financing department which can sometimes be overwhelming. Highly recommend coming in and seeing Patrick Martin if you're in search of a new or used car. Very comfortable with the whole experience. More

It felt as if we’ve known him for awhile. Erin in finance was also very cool and easy to talk to! She helped us understand all the ins and outs on the financial side. Lee Johnson doesn't horor the deals they agree to. Be very careful when you deal with Lee Johnson. Don the salesmen was great and easy to work with. Its the closer Brandon and finance Erin you need to keep a close eye on. They go back on deals they agreed to. the Brandon came out to finish the deal, so there was no more middle man on the final price of the car. we agreed on a price out the door. tax and other fee included. when I came to signing the papers to leave with the car. There was a different price listed. Even though we had it written on paper and had a verbal contract they said we are not selling to me at the price we agreed to. They made a math error, sorry that you made a math error but we agreed on a total price of the car. Honor it don't go back on the verbal contract. I was told the Brandon's boss would call me to make things right. Brandon called not the big boss. his solutions to their mistake, was for me to pay about 5k more then what we agreed. They would toss in about 1500 worth of stuff( oil changes, cargo cover, and employee cost for extended warranty . Not sure how that is a fair deal for the mistake. As any business transaction if both parties agree on a price both parties should honor the deal. Even if the deal turns out not as favorable to one party. Its not like the dealership would close tomorrow if they honored the deal. They are still making money just not great. I was really hoping for a new car, but guess I will be going to a different dealership that don't go back on their word. More
